Lithuanian team workshop:
NOWADAYS CHALLENGES AND FACTS THATINFLUENCE TO WRONG DIRECTION THE YOUTHS BUT ALSO THE STATUS OFIMMIGRATION AS IT’S RUNNING IN THEIR COUNTRY
In the beginning participants were separated in 3 groups by the colour yellow, greenandred(the colors of the Lithuanian flag). The task was to find illustrations in the magazine, cutthem and create a collage which represents challenges of the youth. As a results we have 3posters with illustrate the youth challenges:

*abuse
*alcohol/drugs/fast food/porno/sex abuse

*lack of quality in education
*non tolerance to diversity
*social media
*no culture identity
*attribute ourselves to minorities

We discussed and figured out that problems were common in all three groups.
​
We energies a bit with “Happy bear dance” and continue the presentation about what influences the youth in the wrong direction in Lithuania.
At first we described: From 1990 until 2018 Lithuania's migration balance was negative.
Persons leaving Lithuania are in the 25-34 years old group.

In all countries the government and NGO have some kind of programme to educate young sters but the problem is that it is not effective. So we have an issue as youth workers to find a way to help youngsters in an effective way
